How long does it take?

Every PC is made to order. Estimated delivery is about 12–27 days after you approve your parts list, including parts arriving, assembly, a 24-hour stress test, packaging and transit.

How does parts-list approval work?

After you order, I send you a complete parts list and the exact final total. Nothing is bought until you approve. If your final total is higher, I send an invoice for the difference. If it’s lower, I refund the difference. If you don’t approve the parts list, your order is canceled and fully refunded.

Where do you ship, and how much is it?

Free shipping in the lower 48 states. Alaska and Hawaii: $50 flat shipping. U.S. only. Builds ship from El Paso, TX.

Can I return or exchange my PC?

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days. Contact me to start one. After that, the 1-year labor warranty and the manufacturer warranties below still cover you.

What warranty do I get?

Two layers. New parts are covered by each part’s manufacturer warranty. On top of that, I give every PC a 1-year labor warranty: if an assembly or workmanship problem shows up in the first year, I fix it at no labor cost (I handle the manufacturer claim for a failed part with you). You also get lifetime support from me: questions, troubleshooting and upgrade advice for as long as you own the PC. Questions about coverage? Contact me before ordering.

Which operating system options are there?

Four choices, picked when you order: Windows 11 Home, genuine license activated ($140); Windows 11 Pro, genuine license activated ($185); Windows 11 installed but not activated, so you add your own key ($0, the default); or no operating system (blank drive, $0). Only genuine Microsoft licenses are used. Windows OEM licenses are tied to your motherboard, and I provide Windows support for the PCs I build.

Will my PC have the latest BIOS?

Yes. Every build ships with the latest BIOS installed.

Do you test the PC before it ships?

Yes. Every system gets a 24-hour stress test (3DMark and MemTest64) and benchmarks (Unigine Heaven, 3DMark, and Cinebench for CPU all-core workloads) before it ships, then careful packaging.

Will there be bloatware?

No. Every system gets a clean Windows install with no bloatware (or a blank drive if you choose No OS).

What is the overclocking service?

On Overclock-ready builds you can add a CPU + GPU overclocking service for $150. Overclock-ready builds ship at stock settings unless you add the service. The service is optional on Intel builds too.

AMD or Intel?

Every tier is available with AMD or Intel. All Intel K-series builds ship overclock-ready (an unlocked K-series CPU on a Z-series board). Locked Intel CPUs (Core i3, Core i5-14400/14400F) are available too, but they can't be overclocked. Choosing Intel changes only the CPU and motherboard; memory is a fixed spec for each tier, the same as on AMD. Ships with the latest BIOS installed (including Intel's latest stability microcode). For pure 4K gaming I recommend AMD’s Ryzen 7 9800X3D.

ARGB or Stealth?

ARGB adds RGB lighting. Stealth (no RGB) skips it. Both are the same price.

AM4 or AM5?

AM4 is a mature platform: great value, but it won’t accept newer AMD CPUs later. AM5 is AMD’s current platform and uses DDR5 memory.

Can you upgrade my current PC?

Yes. Send your current specs with the Upgrade My PC form and I’ll reply with upgrade options and an estimated quote. If you go ahead, you ship your PC to me in El Paso, TX, at your own cost (I’ll send the shipping address when you’re ready). Once it arrives, I inspect it, confirm compatibility and send the exact final quote. Upgrade parts are ordered only after I’ve received and checked your PC. After you approve and pay the invoice, I install, stress test (3DMark and MemTest64) and ship it back. Return shipping back to you is included in your upgrade fee. Nothing is charged until you approve.

Do you offer a military discount?

Yes: 5% off builds for active-duty service members and veterans. Contact me before ordering with proof of service (for example a military ID or DD-214, with personal details covered). I’ll reply with the discount code to enter at checkout (one use per customer; it can’t be combined with WELCOME5).
