Refund policy

Shipping: Ships from El Paso, TX, within the U.S. only. Free shipping in the lower 48 states. Alaska and Hawaii: $50 flat shipping. Every PC is made to order; estimated delivery is about 12–27 days after you approve your parts list (parts, assembly, 24-hour stress test, packaging, transit).

Refund: Returns and exchanges accepted within 7 days. Nothing is bought until you approve your parts list. If your final total is higher, I send an invoice for the difference; if it's lower, I refund the difference. If you don't approve the parts list, your order is canceled and fully refunded. New parts are covered by each part's manufacturer warranty. 1-year builder labor warranty from delivery, covering assembly and workmanship; parts follow the manufacturer warranty, plus a lifetime support line.
