- I send you the parts list and exact final total for approval. Nothing is bought until you approve.
- If a part's price changes before you approve, I send an invoice for the difference or refund it. If you don't approve the parts list, your order is canceled and fully refunded.
- Then I order, assemble, stress test, and ship.
